1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item was delivered damaged or defective
- You received the wrong product
- The product has a manufacturing defect
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and unwashed
- The product must be in original packaging
- Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or made-to-order T-shirts
- Items purchased during clearance or sale
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Since most of our Himachali quote T-shirts are printed on demand, we do not accept returns for size issues. Please check the size chart carefully before ordering.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned product:
- You will be notified about approval or rejection
- If approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer (bank details required).
4. Exchange Policy
We offer exchange only in case of:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product received
Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with clear product images.
5. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged item), we will cover return shipping.
- If approved for other valid reasons, customer may need to bear return shipping charges.
6. How to Request a Return
To request a return or refund:

7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
